So Raikkonen to Red Bull is sadly not happening. The only thing we can then hope is that Ricciardo is actually good and consistent, yet as he is so fresh and has not been outstanding, this seems unlikely.
F1 cannot exist with every car having to be the same.
Yet it still becomes a boring sport when one car is simply much better than the others!
If it was right, and should be about the cars (or the teams), then why have drivers? Just make remote-control cars.
Yet the drivers create the interest in the sport, and provide the inspiration to fans.
As years go on, I would like to see
(1) normal tyres
(2) re-fueling re-introduced
(3) regulations becoming strict and stringent to allow less variation of aero-dynamics.
